Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese Guidelines for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome; (2) Age > 20 years, singleton pregnancy; (3) Registration and regular prenatal check-ups during weeks 8 to 16 of pregnancy,Underwent OGTT at 24 to 28 weeks of gestation; (4) Gestational age at delivery>= 28 weeks; 2. Medical personnel working in departments related to obstetrics and gynecology, endocrinology, reproductive medicine, etc; (2) Possessing at least three years of experience in the treatment and management of patients with PCOS; (3) Providing informed consent and voluntarily participating. 3. PCOS complicated by pregnancy; (2) Age > 20 years, gestational age < 28 weeks; (3) Possessing good verbal communication and comprehension skills; (4) Providing informed consent and voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pre-pregnancy diagnosed diabetes, thyroid diseases, hypertension, and other metabolic disorders, as well as severe internal and surgical diseases; (2) Patients with incomplete clinical data. 2.Medical staff: Healthcare professionals who withdraw from this study midway. 3.Pregnant women with PCOS: Those who are unable to complete the interview due to physical discomfort or scheduling conflicts.
