20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 20-45 years, with singleton pregnancy; 2.No prior diagnosis of diabetes and no family history of diabetes; 3.Scheduled for prenatal checkups and delivery at the Department of Obstetrics, Nanshan People's Hospital, Shenzhen, with complete clinical information and test results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 20 years or greater than 45 years; 2.Pre-pregnancy diagnosis of Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, or a family history of diabetes; 3.Presence of other chronic diseases such as chronic hepatitis, hyperthyroidism, kidney disease, etc.; 4.Use of antibiotics or corticosteroids within the past three months; 5.Physical disability that impairs normal mobility, or intellectual or mental disorders that prevent cooperation.
