Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with brain injury through imaging (CT or MRI) and received emergency or elective surgical treatment (such as hematoma removal surgery, decompressive craniotomy); 3. Has complete clinical records and follow-up data six months after the surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects had a history of severe mental illness or cognitive impairment, which prevented them from cooperating with the assessment; 2. They were accompanied by severe multi-organ failure or advanced malignant tumors; 3. They were lost to follow-up or the follow-up data were incomplete.
