Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 20 years old, gender not limited; 2. Registered at the orthopedics department and received DXA examination and CT examination; 3. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Affected by other diseases that affect bone metabolism, such as hyperparathyroidism, malignant tumor bone metastasis, multiple myeloma, etc.; 3. Having received drug treatment that affects bone metabolism within the last 3 months. 4. Allergic to the contrast agent used in bone density testing, or unable to complete the DXA test due to physical deformities (such as severe scoliosis); 5. Poor image quality: excessive noise in CT images, unable to clearly distinguish cancellous bone from cortical bone, such as metal artifacts (metal implants after lumbar surgery, severe CT artifacts interfering with measurement).
