Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 60 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia defined by the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia; 3. Able to live independently and understand instructions to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness; 2. Those who have just undergone surgery or have severe complications; 3. Severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction; 4. Those unable to comply with exercise interventions.
