Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >=18 years with clinically diagnosed NSCLC; 2.Maintenance therapy with osimertinib monotherapy for NSCLC, with no concomitant use of other NSCLC treatments during maintenance therapy, including targeted therapies, immunotherapies, and chemotherapy agents. 3.Cardiac toxicity manifestations occurring during osimertinib treatment include QT interval prolongation, left ventricular dysfunction, abnormal cardiac function laboratory parameters, heart failure, pericardial effusion, etc. 4.Clinical Management of Cardiac Toxicity Induced by Osimertinib;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient had pre-existing heart conditions prior to treatment with Osimertinib, including congenital heart disease and acquired heart disease. 2.Clinical data documentation is incomplete;
