Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 3-5 years old, gender not limited; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for congenital clubfoot; (3) Ponseti stage I-III (mild to moderate deformity); (4) Have entered the second stage of Ponseti treatment: brace maintenance stage; (5) The clinical data is complete, and the follow-up period is over 1 year; (6) The compliance of the patient and their family members is relatively good. (7) The muscle strength of the tibialis anterior, tibialis posterior, triceps surae, and other muscles is above level III. (8) The study details the patient's family members and signs the AI remote rehabilitation informed consent form. (9) The family has smart terminal devices (smartphones/tablets) and a stable network environment. The child's parents can proficiently use smartphones and communicate using social media such as WeChat
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have undergone non-surgical or surgical treatment for recurrence; (2) Patients with clubfoot caused by sequelae of infantile paralysis, cerebral palsy, trauma, and other reasons; (3) Patients with malformed feet caused by sciatic nerve injury, such as clubfoot and multi joint contracture; (4) Those who have serious cardiovascular, respiratory, liver and kidney, hematological diseases or shock that endanger vital signs.
