Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages = 18; 2. 24-h urine total protein=0.5g (before treatment); 3. eGFR=30ml/min.1.73m^2; 4. primary IgA nephropathy diagonsed by kidney biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. SLE; 2. Henoch-Schönlein purpura nephritis; 3. Chronic liver disease.
