Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children who met the BMI classification criteria of Working Group on Obesity in China for Children and Adolescents, and whose BMI values were within the overweight or obesity range defined by age and sex; Children aged 6-12 years; The main guardians of the children used smart phones daily and could operate wechat skillfully

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Accompanied by thyroid dysfunction, Cushing syndrome, diabetes and other endocrine and metabolic diseases; Patients with cognitive impairment, mental and behavioral abnormalities or language communication disorders; Recent use of medications that may significantly affect body weight or energy metabolism, including but not limited to glucocorticoids, antipsychotic drugs (e.g., olanzapine, risperidone), insulin, insulin-sensitizing agents (e.g., metformin), and certain antiepileptic drugs; Recent or planned participation in any other weight-management program, clinical drug trials, or bariatric surgery during the study period.
