Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years with confirmed chronic pancreatitis and main pancreatic duct stones (=5 mm) based on the revised Cambridge staging system. 2. First-time ESWL treatment recipients who underwent standardized pancreatic CT scanning within 2 weeks prior to the procedure. 3.Willingness to participate in 12-month follow-up, including at least one pancreatic CT scan within that period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of prior pancreatic surgery/ESWL. 2. Substandard CT image quality (assessed using a predefined 5-point Likert scale with a score 1.5). 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. Inability to complete follow-up evaluations.
