Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled for elective gastrointestinal tumor surgery. 2.Age >= 65 years; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status class I-III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe abnormal heart, lung, liver, or kidney function (NYHA>=?; COPD patients with pulmonary function >=?; Child-PughC liver function; chronic kidney disease stage>= 4); 2. Patients with chronic pain diseases requiring long-term use of analgesics (long-term use of opioid analgesics for more than 1 year); 3. Those with neuropsychiatric disorders who cannot cooperate; 4. Low educational level;
