Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Children who meet the diagnostic criteria for the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Precocious Puberty (Trial)" issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Health [Weiban Yizhengfa [2010] No. 195]. 2) The family of the child must be informed and sign consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Precocious puberty is caused by long-term use of hormone therapy, accidental ingestion of contraceptives, organic diseases of the central nervous system, endocrine system and reproductive system.
