Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis and underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty for the first time; 2. The age of the patients ranged from 45 to 90 years; 3. According to the assessment of attending doctor, those with basic physical condition can tolerate exercise and communicate well, and can cooperate with each examination and assessment; 4. Assessed patients or caregivers use smartphones to receive information;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unconsciousness, cognitive impairment, etc; 2. Combined with other serious diseases, such as liver cirrhosis, respiratory failure, renal failure, malignant tumors, trauma, etc; 3. Patients with a history of typical neuromuscular disease or other joint disease that is judged by the attending physician to affect joint function; 4. The day of admission is > 7 days or < 3 days from the day of surgery; 5. Those who are doing systematic exercise of lower limb function in the past four weeks;
