Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent isolated coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery (with or without cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB)) at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University between January 1, 2024, and February 5, 2025. 2. The surgical methods for all the selected cases were median thoracotomy. 3. With or without cardiopulmonary bypass; 4. I have signed the informed consent form for biological sample donation, agreeing to donate my samples and data for all medical purposes Research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Under 18 years old or over 90 years old; 2. History of emergency surgery; 3. Preoperative active infection or immunosuppressive status.

MeasureTime frame
The cumulative incidence of healthcare-associated infection (HAI) within 30 days after surgery.;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
General clinical data of the patient (gender, age, BMI, whether suffering from basic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc., preoperative red blood cells, white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets, creatinine, hematocrit, whether cardiopulmonary bypass was used, operation duration, estimated in-hospital mortality within 24 hours, whether blood transfusion was performed, and the amount of blood transfused, etc.);
