Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The primary tumor was diagnosed at an age <18 years; 2. All systemic treatments for the primary tumor have been completed; 3. The diagnosis of a secondary tumor (SMN) requires meeting the following criteria: pathological confirmation or imaging strongly suggests a new primary tumor; clear distinction from recurrence or metastasis of the primary tumor; 4. Sufficient clinical and treatment data classify the SMN as: associated with previous cancer treatment patterns (radiation-related solid malignancies; leukemia associated with chemotherapy (alkylating agents, epidermotoxins)) or without identifiable predisposing factors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Recurrence or metastasis of the primary tumor 2.Development of SMN during treatment of the primary tumor;
