Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA classification I-II; 2.Age range: 18-74 years old, male or female not limited, BMI18-28kg/m^2; 3.Patients who plan to undergo general anesthesia surgery in our hospital; 4.Patients and their families sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious systemic diseases; 2.Individuals with contraindications or allergies to drugs related to this study; 3.Long term history of taking sedatives and analgesics; 4.Difficult airway patients;.
