Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with stage 4 or stage 5 chronic kidney disease (CKD); 3. No history of cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, heart failure, peripheral vascular disease, or stroke; 4. Patients and their family members have provided informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of malignant tumors, acute severe infections, decompensated chronic liver disease, or hematological diseases; 2. Patients without data on serum triglycerides and high-density lipoprotein (HDL).
