Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years; 2.According to the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes mellitus, DKD was consistent with the diagnostic criteria of diabetic nephropathy ( diabetes history >=1 year, urinary protein / creatinine ratio ( UACR ) >= 30 mg / g or abnormal serum creatinine level, and renal damage caused by other reasons was excluded ). 3.There were complete clinical data, including baseline laboratory examination and follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with type 1 diabetes and special types of diabetes; 2.Patients with other endocrine system diseases, such as Cushing 's syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperthyroidism and uncorrected hypothyroidism, etc. 3.Patients with severe liver dysfunction; 4.Chronic kidney disease patients without diabetic nephropathy and DKD patients receiving hemodialysis or kidney transplantation. 5.Pregnant and lactating women;
