Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The surgical method is time-limited laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer; 2. Postoperative or preoperative pathology confirmed as primary colorectal cancer with only one lesion; 3. Patient age >= 18 years old; 4. The medical record data is complete, and the patient's gender, age, preoperative, book, and postoperative laboratory examination indicators are complete; 5. Patients and voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clear preoperative intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, or intra-abdominal complications requiring emergency treatment, and postoperative infection; 2. Concomitant with other malignant tumors requiring treatment; 3. Intraoperative changes in surgical method for any reason (e.g., laparoscopic laparotomy); 4. The patient withdraws midway; 5. Postoperative ostomy for any reason; 6. Perioperative long-term or high-dose use of drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility (such as opioids, dopamine receptor agonists, etc.); 7. Patients who underwent surgery during hospitalization.
