Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female patients older than 18 years; 2.The patient met the diagnostic criteria of MG in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and treatment of Myasthenia gravis (2020 edition); 3.During the maintenance period, patients were regularly treated with glucocorticoid alone, glucocorticoid + traditional oral immunosuppressant, glucocorticoid + igatimod, and glucocorticoid + traditional oral immunosuppressant + igatimod for up to 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe mental disorders were unable to cooperate with follow-up; 2.Compliance was low;
