Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-80 years; 2. Diagnosed with traumatic brain injury via imaging and admitted to ICU; 3. Patient or family has signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined fractures of the trunk and pelvis; 2.The treatment duration is less than 24 hours. 3.There are patients with eye diseases such as optic neuritis, severe ocular trauma, and optic nerve tumors. 4.Severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, lungs and kidneys; 5.The survival period does not exceed 5 days;
