18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for bipolar disorder according to the 10th edition of the International Classification of Diseases; 2. Elementary school education or above; 3. Informed consent obtained from the patient or guardian; 4. Age between 18 and 60 years; 5. Not currently hospitalized in a psychiatric ward while participating in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by severe physical diseases such as heart, liver, brain, or kidney disorders; 2. Patients with mental retardation, dementia, blindness, or deaf-muteness; 3. Accompanied by serious suicidal or self-harming behaviors.
