Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Posterior circulation stroke; 2. Congenital anatomical abnormalities in the neck and intracranial major arteries; 3. Presence of untreated severe internal carotid artery stenosis or occlusion; 4. Post-vascular-intervention imaging confirmed that the ischemic penumbra could not be saved, or severe brain swelling, even high pressure and other serious secondary conditions occurred; 5. Unstable vital signs, requiring the use of vasoactive drugs to maintain blood pressure (norepinephrine greater than 0.1ug/kg.min); 6. Patients with heart dysfunction or coagulation disorders;
