Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adolescents aged 10–18 years meeting the diagnostic criteria for AIS; 2.Scoliosis direction: thoracic spine to the right and lumbar spine to the left, with Cobb angle 10°–40°; 3.No surgical intervention or other physical therapy; 4.Presence of postural abnormalities or balance disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cobb angle greater than 40°; 2.Presence of a clearly defined vestibular disorder; 3.Coexisting psychiatric disorders, neurological disorders, congenital anomalies, or other structural abnormalities; 4.Postural abnormalities caused by other clearly defined etiologies; 5.Other conditions rendering the subject unsuitable for study participation.
