Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-30 years old, in good health, both men and women; 2. No smoking habit; 3. No history of lower limb and waist injuries in the past six months; 4. Good physical condition and athletic ability; 5. Have some experience in football training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lower limb and lumbar injuries in the past six months; 2. May not be able to complete the intervention and testing due to various objective reasons.
