Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of 60 years or older; 2. Diagnosis of chronic heart failure based on the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure ; 3. Conscious and able to comply with study procedures; 4. Sufficient literacy and verbal communication skills to understand and engage in the study; 5. Willingness to participate in the study and provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with hearing impairment and/or speech dysfunction; 2. Individuals with cognitive or psychiatric disorders that impair their ability to communicate effectively.
