Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Possessing a valid nurse practice license and registration; (2) Currently employed as a hospice care nurse; (3) Having worked in hospice care for more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Nurses in training and those on internship.
