Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with a single fetus, full-term, and in the cephalic position; 2. Those planning to deliver vaginally; 3. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia; 2. Individuals with communication difficulties; 3. Those with a history of chronic pain or long-term use of painkillers; 4. Individuals allergic to local anesthetics; 5. Individuals with a history of mental illness
