Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.>=18 years old; 2.Images of CT examinations for medical check-ups in the database of the Department of Medical Imaging of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital; 3.The original QCT data is retained and can be used to generate bone density reports. 4.There are complete and clear images of the vertebral body, including the T12-L2 vertebrae.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Obvious spinal and paravertebral lesions (excluding osteoporosis and degenerative changes), such as calcifications, tumors, chronic inflammation of L1-L2 paravertebral muscles and fat, and infectious lesions; 2.vertebral fracture; 3. Post-spinal surgery or imaging artifacts; 4.Severe scoliosis, vertebral deformities; 5.Poor image quality with severe artifacts affecting the outlining of the region of interest;
