Exercise group:After 30 minutes of hemodialysis treatment began, resistance cycling training was performed using a bedside power trainer (model: Ruihe RH-ZBD-IIC). The cycling process was divided into

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Maintenance hemodialysis duration >= 3 months, dialyzed 3 times per week, each time for 4 hours, and in a stable condition; 2.Age 18–80 years; 3.Systolic blood pressure before dialysis was 90–180 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure was 60–110 mmHg; 4.Arteriovenous fistula as vascular access for dialysis; 5.Patients were aware of this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: 1.Bone and joint or muscle diseases affecting motor function; 2.History of myocardial infarction, stroke, shock, arrhythmia within the past 3 months; 3.Concomitant neuropsychiatric disorders;
