Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 65 years. (2) Diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment according to the Expert Consensus on Neuropsychological Assessment for Mild Cognitive Impairment (2025), including MoCA-BC score below education-adjusted cutoffs (<=19 for junior high school or below; <=22 for senior high; <=24 for college), preserved basic activities of daily living, and not meeting dementia criteria. (3) Ability to understand study procedures and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Inability to complete cognitive assessments due to severe visual, hearing, or language impairments. (2) Presence of other severe physical illnesses that may interfere with participation. (3) Withdrawal from the study before completion.
