Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation, receiving monofocal lenses (SN6CWS/SN6ATx/SY60WF and ZCB/ZCU) between January 2021 and October 2025; 2. Age >= 40 years; 3. Preoperative ocular biometry was performed using the IOLMaster 700 and Pentacam; 4. Availability of complete preoperative biometric data (including corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth, and axial length) and postoperative stable refractive status data; 5. Preoperative regular astigmatism <= 3.00 D, with exclusion of keratoconus and irregular astigmatism caused by corneal scarring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of corneal refractive surgery, corneal cross-linking treatment, or pathological corneal morphological changes; 2. Intraoperative complications affecting intraocular lens (IOL) stability, such as posterior capsule rupture or zonular dehiscence; 3. Contact lens wearers (with a discontinuation period of less than 4 weeks); 4. Cases of extreme axial length, defined as axial length greater than 30 mm or less than 20 mm; 5. With posterior segment diseases (such as glaucoma, macular hole); 6. Congenital cataract and developmental corneal abnormalities.
