Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to Tan classification,9 the diagnosis of primary nasal pterygium was classified as T2 (moderate) or T3 (severe), and one of the following surgical indicators was met: progressive growth of the pterygium, proximity to the visual axis causing astigmatism, pain or congestion, and limited eye movement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pseud, recurrent, temporal or bilateral pterygium; 2. A history of ocular surface surgery; 3. Ocular trauma, ocular inflammation, glaucoma, fundus diseases, or other ophthalmic conditions; 4.Severe mental illness, autoimmune diseases, or recent use of immunosuppressive drugs; 5.Incomplete data collection.
