Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18–65 years of age, any gender; 2. Severe symblepharon (symblepharon score: 19–27 points); 3. Limbal stem cell deficiency > 1/2 of the limbus; 4. No prior ocular surface reconstruction surgery,simple amniotic membrane transplantation allowed; 5. Interval from burn injury to enrollment > 1 year
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infectious diseases (hepatitis B, syphilis, HIV, etc.); 2. Glaucoma, ocular hypertension, fundus lesions, or ophthalmic surgery within 6 months; 3. Systemic diseases (hepatic/renal insufficiency, CHD, hypertension, DM, etc.); 4. Hematological/hemorrhagic diseases, poor coagulation, anemia, malnutrition, low body weight; 5. Other autoimmune diseases, mental disorders; 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. Bilateral symblepharon, or limbal stem cell deficiency/unhealthy limbus in contralateral eye.
