Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Working Group for the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoporosis in the Elderly (2023); 2. Age >= 60 years; 3.Undergoing PVP alone; 4.Possessing complete clinical and follow-up records

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fractures clearly attributable to spinal infection or primary tumours; 2.Subsequent vertebral fractures clearly resulting from high-energy trauma; 3.Patients requiring prolonged bed rest.
