Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the brain injury group: (1) Patients with brain injury who were previously treated at our hospital and have completed PET/MR scans; (2) Diagnosed with traumatic brain injury or hemorrhagic stroke; (3) Aged 18-80 years; (4) Minimum GCS score of 3-12 on the day of onset; (5) PET/MR examination conducted within 28 days of onset; (6) Received more than 1 month of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and multisensory stimulation after discharge; (7) Completed follow-up for more than 6 months. 2. Inclusion criteria for the healthy population group: (1) Aged 18-80 years; (2) Provided informed consent and cooperated with examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for the brain injury group: (1) Death during hospitalization; (2) Refusal to participate in this study; (3) History of malignant tumors; (4) History of neurological or psychiatric disorders; (5) Ineligible PET/MR imaging data. 2. Exclusion criteria for the healthy control group: (1) History of neurological diseases; (2) Presence of claustrophobia.
