Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with primary liver cancer must meet the following criteria based on the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) standards: pathological diagnosis, positive findings on at least two different imaging modalities, and combined imaging findings with alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) levels>400 ng/ml; 2.Age >=18 years; 3.Child-Pugh liver function classification of grade A or B; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation; 5. Age>60 years.
