Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The corneal topography indicates the presence of significant corneal irregular astigmatism, including primary or secondary corneal dilation, after corneal transplantation, severe dry eye syndrome, etc. 2. Complex refractive errors. 3. Age range: 14 - 50 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with glaucoma or poor eye pressure control; 2. Those with active ocular infections or corneal inflammation; 3. Those with significantly reduced or dysfunctional corneal endothelial cells; 4. Those with a history of ocular trauma, surgery or other eye diseases; 5. Patients who cannot properly wear, remove and care for scleral contact lenses.
