Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Oral Potentially Malignant Disorders (OPMDs) : a. Han Chinese patients diagnosed with oral lichen planus, oral leukoplakia, oral submucous fibrosis, or discoid lupus erythematosus through clinical and pathological examinations in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the World Health Organization (WHO); b. Aged 18–65 years, regardless of gender;c. Signed informed consent from the patient. 2.Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OSCC) : a. Han Chinese patients diagnosed with OSCC through clinical and pathological examinations in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the World Health Organization (WHO);b. Aged 18–65 years, regardless of gender;c. Signed informed consent from the patient. Healthy Volunteers: a. No abnormalities detected in oral mucosal examination;b. Aged 18–65 years, regardless of gender;c. Signed informed consent from the participant.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Complicated with other obvious oral mucosal diseases; b. Patients with a history of surgical treatment, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy for OPMDs or head and neck tumors; c. Complicated with severe acute systemic infectious diseases; uncontrolled systemic diseases (e.g., coagulation disorders, autoimmune diseases, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, mental illnesses, etc.);patients with malignant tumors at other sites; d. Pregnant or lactating women.
