18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: >=18 years old and<=65 years old with no communication barriers; 2.Proficient in using online tools such as WeChat to receive health education; 3.Diagnosed with vocal cord polyps through electronic laryngoscopy and no other vocal cord lesions; 4. Understand the research content and agree to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has had other trauma or surgery in the throat area within the past month; 2.Patients who receive professional voice training; 3.Individuals with other serious chronic diseases or malignant tumors; 4.Merge mental illness or cognitive impairment; 5.Refusing to cooperate with investigators.
