Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who undergo painless gastroscopy and/or colonoscopy under general anesthesia; 2. Age 18-80 years old; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. Patients should be able to understand the educational materials provided during the research process and cooperate to complete the related questionnaire surveys; 5. Patients voluntarily sign the informed consent form and are willing to participate in the preoperative education for painless gastrointestinal endoscopy as required by the study and complete all the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative evaluations..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone emergency gastroscopy and/or colonoscopy; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment, language impairment, hearing impairment, or visual impairment; 4. Patients who have participated in other clinical studies; 5. Patients with poor overall health condition or life-threatening conditions; 6. Patients with ASA classification level IV or above.
