Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part 1: ?Age = 65 years old, male or female not limited; ?Hip fracture caused by low-energy falls; ?Complete hip muscle CT scan within 24 hours before surgery (range: L3-L4 to knee joint); ?Koval Mobility Scale 1-4 (Community or Family Activity Ability). Part 2: ?Femoral intertrochanteric or femoral neck fractures caused by low-energy falls (standing or sitting height); ?Complete mobility before fracture. Part Three: ?Chinese adults who live in the community and have full mobility; ?Low energy hip fracture (caused by falling while standing or sitting).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part 1: ? CT position not supine; ? Incomplete scanning range or presence of metal artifacts/noise interference. Part 2: ? History of pelvic fracture and hip surgery; ? Metastatic tumors and cerebrovascular diseases; ? Developmental/childhood hip diseases that affect hip anatomy. Part 3: ? Unable to sit, stand or walk independently; ? Diseases that affect mobility (stroke, neurological disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, heart failure, severe COPD, coagulation dysfunction).
