Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old, planning to undergo spinal surgery (such as scoliosis correction, spinal canal decompression, interbody fusion, etc.). Preoperative neurological function was normal (JOA score >= 12 or McCormick grading <= Grade II). Signed informed consent form with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe heart and lung dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, or liver and kidney dysfunction. Epilepsy, cranial metal implants, or history of epilepsy (affecting MEP monitoring). Patients who require emergency termination of surgery due to bleeding, infection, etc. during the operation.
