Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form. 2. Age between 13 and 64 years (inclusive). 3. Possess teeth indicated for extraction, which will serve as the source for periodontal ligament stem cells. 4. No intention to collect and retain the teeth scheduled for extraction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The tooth scheduled for extraction exhibits severe periodontal inflammatory infection. 2. Concurrent participation in other research studies. 3. Poor compliance.
