Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.adhering to the sepsis 3.0 definition for criteria; 2.Adult patients aged 18 and above; 3.An ICU stay exceeding 24 h; 4.Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients under the age of 18; 2.Pregnant patients, those with pre-existing chronic organ failure, or those with irreversible organ failure or advanced tumors; 3.Multiple hospitalizations due to sepsis were conducted, and only the first admission was analyzed; 4.Patients diagnosed with sepsis in other hospitals and admitted to the intensive care unit of other hospitals for more than 24 hours; 5.More than 24 hours after entering the intensive care unit, the patient was diagnosed with sepsis; 6.Patients who died after staying in the intensive care unit for more than 28 days;
