Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Check-in ICU for mechanical ventilation treatment, and the estimated invasive mechanical ventilation time is =48h; 2 Age >=18 years old; 3 There are no contraindications for chest physical therapy such as increased intracranial pressure, cervical or spinal instability fractures, large-area burns in the chest and abdomen, multiple fractures or trauma throughout the body, severe hemodynamic instability, acute hemorrhagic diseases, undrained pneumothorax, unstable deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism; 4 Patients who need chest physical therapy; 5 Patients or authorized persons voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction who cannot be treated; 2 Those who cannot perform ultrasound examination due to thoracic deformity, subcutaneous emphysema, wound dressing, etc.; 3 Patients with severe liver and kidney failure and immunosuppressive diseases; 4 Combined with neurological diseases that affect muscle strength.
