Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women with a singleton pregnancy at =28 weeks of gestation; 2.The pregnant woman completed SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid testing during pregnancy or prior to hospital admission for delivery, with the results clearly documented; 3.There is complete documentation of neonatal birth outcomes; 4.Medical records are complete, including maternal demographics, pregnancy comorbidities, mode of delivery, and laboratory findings;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Gestational age < 28 weeks; 2.Missing neonatal birth records or missing key indicators (e.g., birth weight, Apgar scores); 3.Maternal comorbidities with other severe systemic diseases (e.g., HIV, active tuberculosis) or congenital genetic disorders; 4.Cases with grossly erroneous or duplicate data entries;
