Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–70 years; 2. DoC group: meets VS/UWS, MCS or EMCS diagnostic standards; vital signs are stable; legal agent consent; 3. Total anesthesia group: in accordance with the specifications for total anesthesia surgery and without anesthesia taboos; subject‘s own verbal and written consent; 4. Patients can complete or can complete bedside EEG recording and corresponding norms ; 5. Consent study data is used for scientific research and academic publication, and personal identifiable information is kept unsensitized.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe scalp skin disease or trauma affecting electrode placement; 2. Extreme sensitivity to loud sounds or conditions that make auditory stimuli intolerable (based on clinical assessment); 3. Significantly increased intracranial pressure or unstable acute brain injury; 4. Severe arrhythmias or other conditions that make participation in the study inappropriate; 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding (if not applicable, determined by the study doctor); 6. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation by the study.
