Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Diagnosis of diabetic kidney disease or indications for partial/total nephrectomy; Diagnostic criteria: Diabetic patients with an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) 300 mg/day) or a urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio (ACR) > 0.3. 2)Ability to eat and drink independently via oral intake. 3)Age >= 18 years. 4)Patients and their families agree to voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with delayed gastric emptying (DGE); 2)Patients with gastrointestinal motility disorders; 3)Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD); 4)Pregnant women, and patients with hepatic, renal, or cardiac dysfunction; 5)Patients with autoimmune diseases.
