18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II; 18-65 years;BMI>=30kg/m^2; Pneumoperitoneum and the Trendelenburg position are expected to last for more than 1 hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of ocular diseases; history of ocular surgery or trauma; history of cerebrovascular diseases or any neurological disorders; history of abdominal surgery; history of pulmonary diseases.
